Chairman & Joint Managing Director

William is the great grandson of our founder, Walter Geering and is focused on preserving the unique character of our family business. He is married with three children and has a keen interest in cycling and running and regularly competes in endurance events.

Adam Geering

Joint Managing Director

Adam is the great grandson of our founder, Walter Geering. He is passionate about quality, efficiency and service excellence. Outside of work Adam is a keen cricketer and rugby enthusiast, but enjoys nothing more than spending time with his wife Deborah and two young sons Harry and James.

Peter Hollander

Finance Director

Peter ensures that our financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth. Peter’s outside interests are music and travel, he is also a church treasurer. He has been married twenty eight years and has two grown up children.

Andrew Hanson

Sales Director

As Sales Director, Andy devises and implements the company’s sales strategy. Andy has a strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development. Andy enjoys switching off at the weekend and spending time with his wife Lisa and their two young sons, Ben and Jake.

Jon Killengray

Service & Operations Director

Jon’s career in the managed print services industry spans over twenty five years. As Service and Operations Director, Jon ensures that we deliver a service that meets the expectations and needs of all our customers. Outside of work Jon enjoys spending time with his wife and four children and can be found running around West Malling with his Dog, Drake.

Customer Services

Our customer services team make sure the needs of our customers are being satisfied. The team can provide information about our products and services, answer contract queries, billing enquiries, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers may face. Our aim is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer enquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Technical Centre

Our Technical Centre has a dedicated pre delivery inspection team and they will pre configure your equipment prior to delivery. This means that your equipment is ‘plug and go’ ready and you experience no down time during the installation process. The equipment will also be set up based on your individual requirements, for example set individual quotas, restrictions, permissions, pin codes and scan to email folders.

Support and Helpdesk

We have a fantastic team of support experts who will continuously monitor your equipment and pre-empt potential issues. Where possible, we will respond to service calls remotely; without the need for an on site engineer visit. Should you need an engineer, you will be kept up to date throughout the process from first call to when the engineer completes his job.


Our team of engineers have a combined service to Geerings that exceeds our age of 114 years. The team comprises of highly motivated individuals with the relevant qualifications, skills and knowledge to deliver service levels that consistently exceed the expectations of our customers. Each one of our engineers is manufacturer trained and undergoes regular updates with close monitoring of achievement levels via product specific examinations.


We understand that reliable equipment and service ensures productivity in your organisation so our account managers will conduct regular reviews; delivering service performance reports and keep you up to date with the latest technology. Our account managers and business generation team are ready to discuss your requirements, providing transparent, honest and knowledgeable advice.


Our marketing team don’t just advertise and promote our business, they take the time to understand your business and industry, ensuring that the products and services we offer continue to meet your needs and requirements.
