Service only agreements
Organisations are often encouraged by their supplier to upgrade their equipment, either during a lease, or at the end of a service contract if the equipment is purchased. More often than not, the equipment will still meet your needs and requirements so an upgrade is simply not required. We are in a position to offer service only agreements on your photocopiers and printers, which gives you the freedom to upgrade when the time is right for you and your business. This also means that if you have been let down by your service provider, you have the option to change and not affect the lease agreement you have with the third party finance provider. Prior to a service take over, we will send an engineer to site to carry our a pre-contractual inspection and access the working parts of the machine.
